Prior to joining Zilka-Kotab, Bill worked for 17+ years in the Silicon Valley tech industry for well-known networking firms Cisco Systems and Juniper Networks, as well as logic chip developer, Altera Corporation. Bill's technical knowledge includes, but is not limited to, switching and routing, VoIP, network access control, and BYOD policy management.
